ISOFLOW 40mm Single Pipe for Cold Water Services -  WRAS Approved - Internal bore 32.6mm - equivalent or very similar to 35mm copper.

  1. Select the length you require - 5m to 100m
  2. Fittings in the kit are the brass clamp type (no special tooling required) and convert the durable hdpe pipe to 1 1/4" male BSP.  We can also supply plastic compression fittings and fusion weld fittings for this pipe.
  3. Heat shrink end caps cover the exposed insulation at the ends and prevent water ingress - recommended on all runs but imperative if ends are external or underground.

  • Carrier pipe: 
    • Internal bore 32.6mm
    • HDPE-100/SDR 11/PN 16.  
    • From -20°C up to 20°C (PN16)
    • From 20°C up to 40°C (max.PN11.8 at 40°C)
  • PE-X insulation foam: < 1% water absorption in accordance with ISO 2896
  • UV resistant corrugated outer duct
  • CFC-free production process
