ISOFLOW 110mm Single Pipe for Cold Water Services With TRACE HEATING element pre installed for maximum frost protection.

WRAS Approved - Internal bore 90mm

  1. Select the length you require - 5m to 100m
  2. Fittings in the kit are the brass clamp type (no special tooling required) and convert the durable hdpe pipe to 4" male BSP.  We can also supply plastic compression fittings and fusion weld fittings for this pipe.
  3. Heat shrink end caps cover the exposed insulation at the ends and prevent water ingress - recommended on all runs but imperative if ends are external or underground.
  4. Thermostat and connection pack - this comprises a special 20A IP66 rated frost thermostat, an IP66 junction box and the necessary kit to safely terminate the trace heat element.
  5. To repeat the configuration for a second run of pipe of the same length please use the quantity button next to 'add to cart'.

  • Carrier pipe: 
    • Internal bore 90mm
    • HDPE-100/SDR 11/PN 16.  
    • From -20°C up to 20°C (PN16)
    • From 20°C up to 40°C (max.PN11.8 at 40°C)
  • Self regulating trace heating cable pre installed against the wall of the pipe
  • PE-X insulation foam: < 1% water absorption in accordance with ISO 2896
  • UV resistant corrugated outer duct
  • CFC-free production process

Note:  Maximum length of trace heating is 100m.  If the total length exceeds this a second power supply is required, served by a second thermostat.

Shipping costs are dictated by pallet space required and will be calculated at checkout.  Please note cut to length product is not returnable for credit.  Visually the product may vary (pipe colour etc) but technical performance remains consistent.
